Patient Policies
Essential information for a smooth clinic experience.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a safe and respectful environment for our patients and staff. Any form of aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior — including verbal threats, harassment, or inappropriate language — will not be tolerated. Incidents may result in immediate cancellation of your appointment and possible dismissal from the clinic.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without proper notice impact access to care for other patients. A $50 CAD no-show fee will be applied to your next visit if you fail to attend without at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us in advance if you need to reschedule.
Prescription Policy
Our clinic does not prescribe narcotics or controlled substances. We focus on evidence-based, responsible prescribing practices to ensure patient safety.
